We run an open gym here at CrossFit Decimus which means that you can show up at any time during the hours listed above. You must make it to the gym 30 minutes before class ends. We will go over how this works in more detail during your beginners OnRamp program. Basically what this means is that you can show up & get your workout done whenever you want as long as we’re open.

We are NOT a come in whenever you want & do whatever you want gym. When you come to us you will be coached by experienced, certified coaches that want nothing more than to help you succeed. Everyone in the gym will perform the main skills and workout of the day(WOD) and for those looking for extra work, we will have more that you can do for the day that is part of our programming.

As a member, you will have the freedom to take your workouts as far as you want each day under the supervision & guidance of our coaches and programming. That’s what you pay for, if you think you know what’s best for you than there’s no reason for you to pay us, right? I don’t try to do your job & pay you for it so you shouldn’t pay me so you can do my job.

As I’ve already stated, we’ll go over this concept in more detail during your OnRamp beginners program.

Our hours are subject to change based on holidays or attendance or other unforeseeable condition. If our hours don’t fit your schedule then please let us know how we can accommodate your needs, we’re a new gym so we can’t be open 24/7 yet! If there’s enough interest to open more hours then we will make it work but the same goes the other way, if after a long enough period where there’s no one showing up then we will have to close those hours until the need is there again.
